Very friendly Staff, Family owned and operated which seems to make a difference in most campgrounds. They take pride in the grounds and equipment. Very clean restrooms and Laundry facilities. we will definitely be stopping in on our way back home.

Kind of a bummer that the $98 per night patio site was gravel and not concrete, seemed a bit high compared to other KOA's we have stayed at, over all I guess not a bad place

We just stayed 2 days, but it was a nice campground. Not fancy, but well kept, clean and friendly staff. Perfect for visiting all the things in the Kansas City area.

Horrible. Spent almost 1,000 nights at KOAs and this is one of the worst. Unlevel sites. Mgr said ‘campground is built on a hill.’ Moved but still had to unhook. Cable didn’t work. Mgr said ‘Internet doesn’t work well either but it is what it is.’ Gets 2 stars because super nice escorts. Won’t go back or recommend. Amazed they keep their KOA designation.

Beautiful well maintained KOA. We enjoyed the evening by sitting in the gazebo overlooking the pond. Friendly service, updated bathrooms.

Warmly greeted at check in, easy to find site. Sites were clean Interstate road noise was extremely difficult to block out. Would suggest investing in sound barriers

Campsite was ok but spot was expensive for what it was. Staff were very friendly and the bathrooms were nice and clean. Dispensers in the showers we’re a nice added touch.

I have stayed at over 20 KOAs. This one wasn’t like all the others. I’m guessing the owner family doesn’t live there. 2-30 something scruffy guys on carts trying not to work. Pool a mess and supposed to be open in 15 days. The liner is shot. The main garbage bin gate was locked. Only have recycle bins out. A line of crappy long term trailer rentals the first thing you see as you dr

We were here for only 1 night, but is a very nice place to stay. People were very friendly when we checked in. Would recommend a stay at Oak Grove/Kansas City East.

A number of older trailers that make the campground less desirable. Great store will plenty of supplies.

Awesome campground. Staff was wonderful, even helped us solve a personal issue that came up. We definitely recommend this campground to anyone traveling in the area. We hope to visit it again in the future.

Staff were friendly and helpful, location was good, our lot was very narrow, cable TV wasn’t working and too many trees to use satellite.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. I needed a longer site than I was assigned and was immediately assigned a nearby longer site so I could remain hitched since I was just staying overnight. I was escorted by staff to the site.

The lady that checked me in was super nice. The check in process was very simple and quick. The RV Park was beautiful and well laid out. Very quiet too. The park was easy to get to your site and easy to get out.

As for being rated a Holiday KOA it was a bit of a disappointment. Wi-fi and cable tv were both not working. More mud than gravel around our space. Power went out and were given no notice by the office. Only positive was we were given oral warnings when a severe thunderstorm warning was issued

Beautiful campground outside a very cool city! We would most definitely return here & highly recommend it to other campers. They were very flexible & totally on the ball; called ahead to let us know they had a water issue in case we wanted to go elsewhere… We stayed & the water was fixed quickly. We also decided to extend a day & they were completely flexible about that too… Loved it!

What a nice park many upgrades since visit 2 yrs ago. Employee's brag how good thier boss it and you can truly see it. Met the boss and see that the customer come first. Lots of pride at this koa

We stayed 2 nights in class A, 31 feet. Sprung for the patio pull thru full hookups (spot 96). Mostly level, we still put down the leveling jacks due to the slight grade. No shade in the spots. Separated from next spot by a wooden divider. Low noise, well behaved guests. The store has lots of stuff to buy, and ice cream cones. We didn't use the bath, laundry. My only complaint, I I'm getting picky, would be that given the spot we are in is the primo/most expensive, but not paved parking for the rig. Oh, and a weed is not supposed to be decorative, right?

You can tell it is under new management. They have really stepped up their game. The new sites are very nice. The gentlemen who greet and serve during your stay were amazing. Front desk check in was easy and she was such a joy. The restrooms and showers are very clean and ready for use. The activities are incredible. The kids love the bouncy pad and the playground. I like that the playground is not metal. Does not get as hot. The 4 wheelers you can rent are a blast. Our only surprise was that the office was closed at 5 pm and then on Saturday, we couldn't reach anyone. I would recommend at least allowing the Park assistants access.

Wow what a clean and spacious bathrooms they had. Our 4th stop on our month long journey and this was the best so far. Even though our campsite was little tight (40), we still did enjoyed it. We have a 5th wheel and we did pull thru to our spot and had to disconnect our truck to park on the side. They had mini golf as well. Very nicely kept campground, definitely would recommend this place, even though it was little noisy being close to highway. It didn't stop us from sleeping good:)) They had nice mini store as well and go kart to rent.
