Texas Cavier (Salsa)


  • 2  cans Rotel tomatoes and chilies, drained and rinsed
  • 1  can black-eyed peas
  • 1  can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2-3  large green peppers, diced fine
  • 2  c  sweet onion, diced fine
  • 1  bunch cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1  8 oz. bottle zesty Italian salad dressing


Place all ingredients in large bowl and mix well. Cover and place in refrigerator to marinate overnite. Serve with baked Tortilla chips (with Lime).
