Taco Salad


  • 1  pound(s)  ground beef
  • 1  package taco seasoning
  • 1  15 oz. can red kidney beans
  • 1  medium onion (chopped)
  • 2  tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1/2  pound(s)  cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1  head lettuce (chopped)
  • 1  large bag corn chips
  • 1  sm. can chopped black olives (optional)
  • 1  8 oz. bottle Catalina dressing


Brown ground beef. Drain fat. Add taco seasoning and cool. Toss with remaining ingredients and garnish with extra corn chips, if desired. If made ahead of time, add dressing and corn chips just before serving.
