Sundown Stroganoff

Ingredients

Makes 4

  • 1  Tbsp  cooking oil
  • 1  pound(s)  boneless chuck, cut into thin strips
  • 3  envelopes Lipton Cream of Mushroom Cup-a-Soup
  • 1 1/4  c  boiling water
  • noodles

Preparation

In a large saucepan, heat oil and brown beef; add Cream of Mushroom Cup-a-Soup mixed with 1 1/4 cups of water. Simmer covered 45 minutes. Serve over noodles.
