Great served with scrambled eggs or rolled into tortillas.
- 1 can, Spam, Treet or other canned meat
- 2 medium potatoes (or 1 can of whole potatoes)
- 1 medium onion
- salt and pepper
Dice the meat, potatoes and onions. The smaller you cut them will determine how fast they cook. Fry in the oil, starting with the raw potatoes because they take longer, then the onions, and then the meat. Salt and pepper to taste.
