A great camping breakfast recipe from the experts at KOA.
- 4 boiled medium potatoes
- 6 slice(s) bacon
- 1 bunch(es) green onions, chopped
- 4 eggs
- salt and pepper
Cut up the boiled potatoes into 1/2 inch cubes. Cut the bacon into bite sized pieces and fry until crisp. Pour off 1/2 the fat. Add the potatoes and onions. Fry until slightly browned. Add the 4 eggs. Season with the salt and pepper. Stir until the eggs are set.
