Meatballs & Gravy


  • 2  pound(s)  Ground Beef
  • 1  Stove Top Stuffing
  • 4  oz  Green Chilies
  • 1  Onion Soup Mix
  • 1  Cream of Mushroom Soup


Mix first three ingredients together and form balls. Cook until brown. Then drain grease from balls, mix soup mix and the cream of mushroom soup together to make gravy. Cook low for about 30 minutes. Serve over a bed of rice.
