Tuna Tots

Ingredients

  • 1  can tuna
  • 1  c  mashed potatoes
  • 1/4  c  celery
  • 2  Tbsp  pickle relish
  • salt & pepper
  • butter or cooking oil for frying

Preparation

Drain tuna and combine with mashed potatoes (leftovers work great). Mix in chopped celery and pickle relish with salt and pepper to taste. Shape into balls or flatten into patties. Store in the freezer until ready for camping trip. When camping, melt 1 T. margarine or cooking oil in fry pan. Place tuna tot balls or patties in the melted oil and lightly brown over a campfire.
