Tuna Pasta Salad


  • 2 c Dry pasta
  • 1/2 c Onion (chopped)
  • 1/2 c Bell Pepper (chopped)
  • 1/2 c Sweet pickle relish
  • 2 Boiled eggs (diced)
  • 2 Small cans Albacore white tuna in water
  • 1 Tbsp Celery flakes or 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 2 Tbsp Yellow Mustard
  • 3/4 c Mayonaise (maybe a bit more just before serving)
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Vinegar Juice from sweet pickles
  • Salt & Pepper


Cook pasta, (don't let it cook too long and get mushy), drain pasta. While the pasta is cooking put all other incredients except Mustard, Mayonaise, Sugar, Salt and Pepper in large bowl. Stir the ingredients together. When pasta is drained pour in bowl while it is still hot. Stir in remaining ingredients. Put in refrigerator or cooler and will be ready to eat when you are.
