Sausage Bags

No clean up, fast and easy.

Ingredients

  • 1  Hillshire beef/Kielbasa sausage ring
  • 1  Onion
  • 1  Green/Red Pepper
  • Red Potatoes
  • Carrots
  • Aluminum Foil
  • Butter

Preparation

Cut up sausage, peppers, and carrots into bite size pieces. Slice up onion into rings. Cut potatoes in half. Place all in foil bag and add 2 tablespoons of butter and several ice cubes. Place on grill or on coals and cook for about 30 minutes.
