Quick and Easy Anchovy Lover's Pasta
- 3 oz. of pasta, cooked and drained
- 1 2 oz. can of anchovies, undrained
- 1 Tbsp pine nuts or chopped walnuts
- sharp crumbled cheese such as feta or asiago (optional)
Cut across the opened tin of anchovies several times to make pieces smaller. Dump the entire amount, including oil, into the drained pasta. Add nuts. Stir to blend. Top with or blend in cheese, if desired. Serve with a green salad and crusty bread.
