Potato & Bacon breakfast

Ingredients

  • potatoes
  • onions
  • bacon
  • butter
  • salt & pepper
  • foil
  • non-stick cooking spray

Preparation

Spray non-stick spray on a piece of foil about 2 feet long. Lay 3 pieces of bacon on foil. peel and slice potatoes. Lay potato slices on top of bacon. Dice onions and put on top of potatoes. Salt & pepper to taste. Take a stick of butter or margarine and cut 2-3 slices and lay on top of onions. Bring foil ends together and fold down as far as you can. Fold the ends up so juice stays in. Turn every 5 minutes for 30 minutes. Umm good!! Everytime we go camping, we have this for breakfast.
