- Peaches - halved and pitted. Skin should remain in tact.
- Lady fingers
- low fat yogurt
- cinnamon or nutmeg
- honey or maple syrup
- spray cooking oil (or butter)
Spray peaches with cooking oil (Pam or similar product) and lightly brush with honey or maple syrup. Grill peaches face down over campfire or on portable grill. Flip over when browned. Continue grilling until they begin to soften and are fragrant & juicy. Place lady finger in bottom of serving dish. Top with grilled peach half and peach or vanilla low fat yogurt. Sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg.
