Peach Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 7 slices day old bread, cut into 1" cubes
  • 1 stick butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • 1 egg
  • peaches

Preparation

Spray an 8 x 10 x 1 1/2" Aluminum Pan with cooking spray. Place peaches in pan. Spread evenly with bread cubes. Mix melted butter,sugar,flour and egg. Blend well. Pour over bread cubes making sure all bread is covered. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
