Orange Honey Butter

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c honey
  • 1/2 c butter
  • 1 tsp orange rind

Preparation

Beat honey into butter. Add grated orange rind, squeeze juice from orange into honey and butter, and continue beating until light and fluffy. Makes 1 cup. Recipe is easily doubled to make more. Serve with three-seed bread rolls.
