One Pot Wonder

Ingredients

Makes 4

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • green beans
  • 1 onion (sliced or chopped)
  • 3 potatoes (medium)
  • 1 can condensed mushroom soup
  • carrots (optional)
  • mushrooms (optional)

Preparation

In a big frying pan: layer pork chops, potatoes, green beans, onion, (and carrots and mushrooms if you choose) and cover with mushroom soup. Cover and cook on medium heat for about 25 minutes.
