Muffins & Oranges
Ingredients
- 3 oranges
- 1 small package (water only) muffin mix (any flavor)
- water
Preparation
Cut oranges in half. Remove insides of orange, leaving the outer peel intact. Prepare muffin mix as directed. Spoon prepared mix into orange half - filling approximately 2/3 full. Wrap individually in foil - leaving room at the top for the muffin to rise. Cook on hot coals for approximately 15-20 minutes. Serve the orange "insides" with your muffins.
