Mardi Gras Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken, cut up
  • 1/2 bottle French salad dressing
  • 1 package Lipton onion soup
  • 1 can whole cranberries

Preparation

Mix sauce and pour over chicken, works great either in a dutch oven or crock pot. For crock pot cook for at least 5 hrs. or until chicken is tender, Dutch oven for 1-2 hrs. maintain the coals until the chicken is tender. When chicken is tender serve chicken and sauce over cooked white rice. enjoy!
