- 1 Boneless skinless chicken
- Sliced carrots
- Sliced potatoes, onions, mushrooms (whatever you want)
- Salt, pepper, and other herbs and spices you like
Cut a piece of foil, place chicken topped with all other vegetables. A little bit of butter chunks and seasoning. Wrap tight. Place on preheated grill 325 - 350. Close lid and forget it. Cook 30- 40 minutes depending on the grill and size of chicken.
