Layered Mexican Dish


  • 1 c uncooked rice
  • 2 pound(s) hamburger
  • onion
  • salt and pepper
  • taco seasoning mix
  • lettuce
  • 1 can chunked tomatoes
  • 1 package shredded mexican cheese
  • 1 fresh chopped tomato
  • sour cream (optional)


Cook the rice and then the hamburger with the onion, season with salt, pepper and taco seasoning. Crumble the meat well, then drain. Chop lettuce, layer rice, hamburger, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream. This is very filling, fast, and easy.
