Herbed Cereal Snack


Makes 6

  • 2 c unsweetened puffed corn cereal
  • 2 c round toasted oat cereal
  • 1 c small fish-shaped cheese crackers
  • 1 c chow mein noodles
  • 3 Tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 Tbsp dry buttermilk salad dressing mix


In a 13X9X2-inch baking pan combine cereals, cheese crackers and chow mein noodles.

Drizzle oil over cereal mixture and toss. Sprinkle with dry dressing mix and toss to coat. Bake in a 350 degree oven about 10 minutes, stirring once. Cool in pan for 15 minutes. Store in a tightly covered container for up to 1 week.
