Grilled Pineapple

Ingredients

  • 1 fresh whole pineapple
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

Cut pineapple in half, then into wedges, discarding the outer part. Melt butter and add cinnamon. Grill on medium heat, basting with butter and cinnamon. Ready when fruit turns golden brown and has softened.
