Green Chili Enchiladas
Ingredients
- 1 pound(s) shredded cheddar cheese
 - 2 bunches green onions
 - 1 can green diced chilis
 - 2 cans Cream of Chicken soup
 - 1 c sour cream
 - 12 corn tortillas
 
Preparation
Mix all above ingredients, except tortillas in a bowl and set aside. Dip all tortillas in hot oil one at a time, place on a plate, add 2 tablespoons of mix to each. Roll and place in a long casserole dish. Cook at 350 degrees until warm.
