Gourmet Campfire Chicken


  • 1 c barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 c Dijion mustard
  • 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 c broken/crushed pretzel pieces
  • 1/2 c diced onion
  • pepper to taste


Mix barbecue sauce with mustard. Brush both sides of chicken breasts with mixture and refrigerate for 1 hour. Place each chicken breast on a sheet of foil, top with pretzels, onions, and pepper. Seal the foil around the chicken. Bake on campfire until chicken breasts are done (about 40 minutes).
