Golden Parmesan Potatoes


  • 6 large potatoes
  • 1/4 c flour
  • 1/4 c Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/3 c butter


Peel potatoes and cut into cubes. Use a Ziploc bag and combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper. Place wet potatoes in bag and shake until well coated. Melt butter in 9 x 13 inch pan. Place potatoes in pan and bake at 425 degrees for 1 hour. Turn potatoes several times. This can be done in an oven or over a camp stove.
