- chicken, cut up
- 1 c oil
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp each basil, dill and dry mustard
- 3 Tbsp ketchup
Place chicken pieces in zip lock bag and mix all other ingredients. Pour mixture into zip lock bag and shake until all chicken pieces are coated. Squeeze air out of bag and cool for remainder of day. When it is time, grill the chicken about 20 minutes or until the skin is crusty and juices are clear.
