Fire Pit potatoes
- russet potatoes (1 per person)
- garlic salt
- heavy duty foil
Thinly slice potatoes and layer them in the foil spreading them out as you go down in a row. Put pats of butter on the top then sprinkle them with garlic salt and pepper. Thinly slice onions on top. Fold together and make little pouches. Put on the fire and let them cook approx.15 min. Cook longer if you like them crispy . They are super easy and very good.
