Delicious Poached Salmon
- half of salmon filleted (or large piece of salmon)
- 1 c chopped onion
- dill, fresh or in spice jar
- 1 12 oz. can beer
Use 2 disposable aluminum pans and place 1 cup of water in bottom pan. Place salmon skin side down and sprinkle with dill. Dot with butter and cover with onions and beer. Set double pans with salmon on grate over an open fire for 35 minutes. Keep the fire going with a low flame.
