Dawn's Favorite Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 4 cans of potatoes, sliced and drained
  • 2 green peppers, finely chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 pound(s) bacon
  • 12 eggs

Preparation

Fry bacon and crumble. Then in a pan over the fire or stove, heat skillet and add a little butter or oil. Add potatoes, green pepper, and onion. Stir and cook until green peppers are soft. Add cooked bacon then scramble in the eggs. Salt, pepper and add garlic to taste if desired.

SERVE WITH TOAST OR BISCUITS.
