Crock Pot Vegetable Soup

This is the easiest vegetable soup ever!

Ingredients

  • 46 oz. Spicy V-8 Juice
  • 1 pound(s) Stew meat
  • 32 - 40 oz. Mixed Vegetables

Preparation

Place all three items in the crock pot and cook 6 -8 hrs on low or 4-6 hrs on high. Do NOT add water. After it is cooked then you can add salt and pepper to individual taste.
