Cornish Hen's in Foil

Ingredients

  • 1 - 2 cornish hens
  • 2 medium onions
  • olive oil or vegetable oil
  • garlic salt

Preparation

Spilt hen's in half. Slice onions into 1/2 inch rings, put them onto hen's {skin side down.} Rub hen's all over with oil. Season to taste. Wrap each half into foil skin side down. Put onto grill grate. Turn over after 15 minutes. Check after another 10 minutes. May need 10 more minutes till done.
