Corn Cassarole


  • 4 cans shoe peg corn
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 8 oz. package cream cheese
  • jalapenos to taste (deseed, devein and chop fine)


Mix all ingredients together, heat and blend well. I use a small crock pot to keep it warm.
