Ingredients

  • shrimp, approximately 60, cut into small pieces
  • 2 c lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • onion, chopped
  • tomato, chopped
  • cilantro
  • 3 - 5 chili peppers, chopped
  • 1/2 cucumber, chopped
  • 1 avocado, pureed

Preparation

Night before serving: soak shrimp, onion, garlic salt, & lemon juice in dish. Add other ingredients & mix. Serve with Tostito scoops.
