Chocolate Pizza


  • 1 12 ounce bag chocolate chips
  • 1 16 ounce white almond bark
  • 2 c Rice Krispies
  • 2 c miniature marshmallows
  • 1 c peanuts (or any nut)
  • 1 jar red maraschino cherries (halved)
  • 1/3 c coconut
  • 1 jar green maraschino cherries (quartered)
  • 1 tsp oil


Melt chocolate chips and 14 oz. white almond bark in microwave, on high for about 2 minutes - stir well. If need to heat more - do at short, 30 second intervals, stirring each time. Add Rice Krispies, marshmallows and peanuts to melted mixture and stir all together. Press this into a greased pizza pan. Top with halved red cherries and quartered green cherries. Sprinkle/spread on the coconut. Melt the remaining 2 oz. white almond bark with one tsp. oil in microwave for 30 seconds and stir. Drizzle this over the pizza. Serve. Can be made a bit ahead of serving time; does not have to be refrigerated.
