Chicken Wing Dip
- 2 c or 4-6 breasts of cooked chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 8 oz ranch dressing
- 8 oz hot sauce
- 1 package of cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1-2 bags of tortilla scoop chips or large nacho chips
Cook chicken in microwave or oven until done. Let cool. Shred into very small pieces using two forks or your hands. Spray a 9x13 pan or deep dish pie plate with cooking spray. Mix cream cheese with ranch dressing and hot sauce until smooth or most of the lumps are gone. Add in shredded chicken, mix well. Pour into pan and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes or microwave for 8-10 minutes. Use tortilla chips for dipping.
