Cheesy Egg Crunch

Ingredients

Makes 56

  • 1  dozen eggs
  • 1  pound(s)  bacon, cut into small pieces
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4  c  milk
  • cheese crackers

Preparation

Fry bacon and drain excess grease. Mix eggs and milk in a bowl, add salt and pepper. Cook eggs in skillet with bacon. Crunch up cheese crackers and sprinkle on top of eggs when done. Top with shredded cheese if desired.
