Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 3/4 pound(s) ground sirloin (season with pepper and garlic when frying)
  • 1 pound(s) Velveta Cheese, Mexican Mild
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes

Preparation

Microwave the cheese until melted (watch closely because it will burn) about 2 minutes. Stir in entire can of Rotel and then add sirloin. Serve with Fritos or tortilla chips.
