- 3 chicken breasts, cubed
- 4 medium potatoes, cubed
- 1 16 oz. package baby cut carrots
- 1 medium sweet onion, cubed
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 stick butter
Make 2 or 3 small bowls with foil wrap. Put chicken, potatoes, carrots & onion in bowls. Mix soup with 1 can water. Add to bowls. Add 2 pats butter per bowl. Cook over open fire or on grill for 15-20 minutes or til potatoes are tender.
This easy meal is made easier if you cube all ingredients and store in separate containers before going camping! This recipe can also be made in RVs. Bake in dish in oven at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
