- 4 -5 large tomatoes
- 1 medium sized red onion
- 1 bottle red-raspberry viniagrette dressing
Cut tomatoes and onion into bite-sized pieces. Place in zip-lock bag and pour in entire bottle of dressing. Allow to marinate overnight in cooler. Pour contents of bag into pot on camping stove or over fire and allow to boil/simmer for 30 minutes.
