- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 large green bell pepper
- 1 medium white onion
- 1 bottle Italian dressing
Cut chicken, pepper and onion into bite-sized pieces. Place in zip lock bag and pour bottle of Italian dressing over contents. Allow to marinate overnight in cooler. Place on cast iron griddle on grate over open fire and cook for 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink inside. Can use pork or beef instead or in addition to chicken for variety.
