Brownie's Chili, Cheese and Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 large jar Bush's Chili (with beans or without)
  • 1 - 2 packages Uncle Ben's Ready Rice
  • 1- 2 packages finely shredded Mexican cheese

Preparation

Mix chili with cooked rice. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 deg. until cheese is melted and lightly browned. OR mix all ingredients together and heat until hot and cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla chips or soft tortillos.

Extra Toppings: top with chopped fresh onions, sliced black olives, crumbled tortillo chips.
