British Lemon Curd

Ingredients

1/2 c sugar
1 egg
3 Tbsp lemon juice (or RealLemon juice)
4 Tbsp butter

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in saucepan and heat until boiling. Pour into 8 oz glass jar. ENJOY!
