Breakfast Burritos with Hashbrowns

Ingredients

  • 6-8  eggs
  • bacon or sausage (2 slices of bacon/2 sausages per person - sausage should be cut into small pieces)
  • 1  oz. shredded cheese or 1 slice American cheese per person
  • 1  c  shredded hashbrowns
  • 4  flour tortillas
  • 1/4  c  salsa (more if you want it spicy)

Preparation

Scramble eggs with the salsa and cook bacon or sausage. Brown hash browns. After everything is cooked, place 1/4 of the cheese, eggs, meat and additional salsa to each tortilla. Fold and eat warm.
