Black Bean Soup
I love this recipe and make it after a long drive. It's quick, filling and warming on a cool evening, and only one pan to wash.
Ingredients
- 2 cans black beans, drained and rinced
- 1 can beef broth
- 1/2 jar salsa
- 2 tsp cumin
Preparation
Mix together and heat. Top with sour cream, diced green onion, and saltines.
