Beer Dip

This is even better the second day.

Ingredients

  • 3 8 oz. packages cream cheese
  • 2 - 3 c shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c beer
  • 1 package ranch dressing

Preparation

Mix softened cream cheese and ranch dip. Add beer, then cheese and continue mixing until smooth and creamy. I sometimes use a hand mixer. Serve with pretzels and enjoy!
