The property is beautiful. Love the patio sites. The distance to downtown New Bern worked out great. Staff was friendly and helpful. We don’t usually go back to the same places but we will visit New Bern KOA again.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond!! The grounds were beautiful and kept so clean. Met some wonderful people even swapped phone numbers to meet up next time. My visit was for eye surgery in New Bern, but you better believe we will come back when all is well. Thank you for the hospitality���

Very nice camp ground. Quite and well maintained. Bathrooms were the cleanest I have ever seen in a camp ground. Would definitely recommend to others wanting to stay in a good place.

It was a wonderful few days to get away and relax. We enjoyed our stay took the trolley tour and Firehouse Museum in New Bern during our stay this time.

This is such a nice campground. There is so much to do and it’s very well maintained. We have stayed here before and will definitely be back.

Many positive things can be said about this location however, at the top of the list, true southern hospitality. Every member of the staff was warm, caring, cordial and helpful. They ALL his the mark on high customer service. This quality was first noted when I communicated with staff prior to arrival up through the time that I left. The park is clean and the scenery is memorable. I will be back!

We stayed at New Bern KOA for 7 nights and enjoyed the campground very much. Sites were spacious, well maintained, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. It was very pleasant to be there and enjoy the fishing ponds and Nuese River. Also the proximity to old town New Bern as well as other attractions were really convenient. We would definitely stay again when in the area.

I have several issues with this stay. First, I made the reservation 4 months in advance. Ok, I didn’t spend the 50 bucks to “pick my site” but I shouldn’t then be given the overnight/short term parking next to the office and closer to the highway. Second, the pool was closed for construction. Should get a discount when a major amenity is closed. And Third, this place is close to a loud hig

Stay was great! Beautiful campground. Staff are so amazing, helpful and friendly. The only thing I would suggest is to mow/ spray at the sites. The grassy areas have a lot of clover which brings a lot of bees/wasps and hides the fire ant mounds.

We stayed here for four nights and we throughly enjoyed our stay! All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. They delivered our firewood quickly and kept the areas neat and clean! The cabin we rent was cleaned and comfortable! The scenic views are beautiful here and there are plenty of places to relax and fun activities to do. I would highly recommend this for a camping experience with KO

We can't say enough good things about the New Bern KOA. The park was exceptionally clean, all of the staff we had contact with were extremely helpful, polite & kind, the park was quiet and restful. The bathhouses were the cleanest we've ever been in. We especially liked the swings by the river. What a beautiful way to watch the sunrise in the morning!

This was my family's first trip to New Bern KOA, and we were very impressed. There was so many things for the kids to do, staff were very friendly! The grounds are nice, neat, and very well kept, the restroom/bathhouse area were always clean. This was our first of many trips to New Bern KOA. I highly recommend this camp ground 10 out of 10.

Once again the KOA in New Bern didn't disappoint. The staff is always friendly. The grounds are immaculate. The new pool is going to be great. We can't say enough good things about this campground. And the plus is New Bern is a great little town and the beach is close by.

Great clean campground. Friendly and helpful staff. We had a buddy site with the family members we were traveling with. Sites are a tad tight but that could be because the person on our other side parked almost on top of his power pole. But we would recommend this campground and hopefully will return for another visit.

Our first time there, ( our first retirement vacation ) we will definitely be back! The staff were friendly and informative; very clean and such a beautiful place to relax!��� We are trying to figure out when can go back… maybe our Christmas camping trip. �

We camped in our RV, so I can't speak to the cabins, but the public facilities were immaculate. Lots to do for campers if all ages and very close to many local attractions. The camp store had all the items you would expect to find, including fishing bait. The staff was very friendly.

Just wrapping up a three day stay at this KOA. We were needing a spot that was level and convenient to our destination but this place is so much more! The basics: spots are level, clean and easy to navigate. Full hookups and picnic table at every spot. Price is very reasonable and many options to upgrade your stay with patios/grills/cabins. The extras: By far the best wifi we have encountered at any rv park. Full access throughout the camp and we had no issues working from our laptops. The bathhouse and laundry facilities are super clean and easy to find. The smaller cute bathhouses that were just added are super convenient! The camp store is amazing, such a great selection of needed items, loved the selection of local jams, jellies, seasonings and snacks. The pool is in a perfect location and really gives you that resort style vibe. The superstars: The staff and fishing dock. You can tell the staff take great care of this property, constantly attending to the park upkeep and making sure everything is running smoothly. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The dock! So peaceful and such a great amenity. We loved walking there daily and taking it all in. Loved having water views and swinging benches to watch the sunset. Highly recommend!

Friendly and helpful staff. Very very clean grounds. Dogs must be on leash except at the dog park. Bathrooms are super clean but shower stalls are super small. I'm only 5'8" and weigh 140 and had a hard time fitting in the shower. Water access is nice with pretty areas to kayak in. 4 washers and dryers available
