On arrival we found the electrical pedestal at our site was faulty. KOA staff responded quickly and fixed the problem - in the pouring rain! Great job!

We couldn’t get in or out of our RV or tow vehicle without stepping in an inch of water the entire three days we stayed. Rain had stopped for 36 hours by the time we left and the water wasn’t draining. Roads also had potholes filled with water. It’s a great location, but needs some grading to address drainage issues

We were there during really heavy rains but the park was well cared for. The only negative was really bad wifi.

Fantastic campground. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The whole park was spotless and in excellent repair. The bathroom facilities were the cleanest and nicest we have ever stayed at. Lots to do. Great patio sites. We would highly recommend this particular KOA and would definitely stay there again.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay. Very very clean washrooms and the public lounge was an extra bonus to this KOA. Will definitely come back again!

Absolute must if you are in the Montreal/South shore area. Great place, clean and well kept. They have amazing « VIP » site ! Un arrêt obligatoire si vous êtes près de Montréal. Place bien tenue et propre. Ils ont des sites « VIP » incroyable !

Nice KOA, but it would be great if they would work on leveling the campsites to minimize water puddling after rain. The site we were originally assigned had a very large muddy puddle right where our trailer’s door would have been. We were able to change spaces but even the second one was less than ideal. This in the most expensive stay of our month on the road. Disappointed.

Sites are very narrow, difficult for larger RV/travel trailers. Laundry, pool & office area are lovely.

front desk staff are amazingly friendly. The park is clean, quiet and well laid out. We stayed at for a night each at both the beginning and end of our eastern Canada trip and will do the same for a next trip. Highly recommend this location

Overall, very good, with clean and well-maintained sites and facilities. Friendly and helpful staff assisted us on arrival. The only reason I could not give it 5 stars was the internet, (or lack thereof). It was nearly impossible to connect to, and if you did get connected it was unstable, dropping you off the network. Also, the dog park could be improved / enlarged.

Short stay - overnight. Staff on arrival wasn’t too friendly … and again in the morning while entering the office. Spot was a bit tight for a 41 foot w pullouts as trees interfered w the slideout and the angle we had to park

Overall a great stay and a great campground! Ticks all the boxes for amenities and facilities. Nice and quiet but light road noise if you have a site in the front 1/3 of campground. Great staff and location that is convenient to access Montréal via car or metro/REM. Our pull thru patio site was perfect and easily fit our 35’ MH + tow.

The campground was great, my kids loved the pool and the playground. My only suggestion is that the men’s urinals in both bathrooms need a thorough cleaning as they are encrusted with uric scale, are slow to drain, smell horrible and don’t flush very well, replacing the manual flush valve with an automatic one and a urinal puck would really help. Besides that it was an excellent experience.

I checked out a day early I was not happy about our location I could hear the road & train and was situated right next to the parking lot which apparently everyone leaves early from. I have 3 young kids and this was quite disruptive. I spoke with the lady at the desk about my concerns and no solution were suggested so we decided to pack up and leave. I have stayed at other Koa to compare!

Great staff. Nice clean camp ground. Lots of things to do for all ages. Great location. 10 minutes to shopping and 20 minutes to the REM train that takes you into Montreal. I can not say enough good things.

Except for too much rain which made for too much mud it was amazing! Our site was not level but I never asked to move so that was on me. Staff was all super friendly and store was well stocked!

Weeds overgrown on my site, lack of gravel. Wifi was terrible, kept disconnecting. Site flooded when it rained. Neighbors were very loud.

No focus on customer satisfaction: 1) Requested type site was not assigned, and no phone call was made re options, 2) There is zero internet connectivity, even at the source of the router, 3) The shower water is luke warm, 4) The firepits are not vented, 5)Guests are charged for advertised amenities (like putt-putt golf) . A requested call from the manager to make things right was not made.

Close to downtown Montreal, between 25 and 35 mins depending on traffic. Good sites. Good amenities. Store is a bit over priced, but same as any other camp store. Nice pool and the use of free activities are nice. Very clean
