Staff was very friendly,friendly, and accommodating. Was up graded to a better location to tent camp near the bath house and was very thankful for that.

Fabulous place…love the personal showers with bathrooms…staff was friendly and very helpful…the dog trail and pens were nice…clean and quiet. I highly recommend this campground.

Not very appealing, sites were rock and not level at all. We requested a pull thru as we were just passing thru and did not want to unattach the truck, but was told non were available. Once we stayed overnight we saw several unused pull thru sites. Sites were much too close together.

I arrived very late and did self check in. It was very easy. The park was very clean with lots of amenities. I only overnighted but would definitely stay longer.

I didn’t care for the winding roads to get the campground off of the interstate. Plus the shower stall was smaller than the one inside my RV. Lastly the location of the campground was not ideal for me. It put us too far away from friends who lived in Bristol.

This was our second time staying here and again was great. Staff was fantastic. You guys wrote the book about hospitality. Couldn’t ask for better group of people working together to make our stay a great experience. I wish there were more of you out there.

The facilities were fine if a little run down. But the gentleman who escorted us to our site was extremely rude, yelled at us and made us wish we had booked elsewhere from the moment we arrived. Based on our experience with him we are unlikely to stay here in the future.

Older KOA. Sites were tight and not level. Not convenient for one night stay. Lots of unsupervised children which made it difficult to back into site.

The staff was very, very friendly. Our campsite was on a slight hill so that made it challenging so sit on the picnic table and around the firepit. The playground was fun for the kids. It's a bummer the game room closes at 7. I had to ask 2 different staff members to put soap in the bathroom (took 24 hours to refill.) We had a good time, felt safe but not sure we'd be back for the price.

Enjoyed my stay at the Bristol/ Kingsport Tennessee KOA. I rented a small cabin. It was clean, air worked great and I was close to the community bathroom/ showers. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this campground to my friends. I traveled with several dogs who stayed in the cabin with me. There was plenty of open space to walk them too.

We stayed two days. The area is beautiful. The facilities are well-maintained. There are five rooms in the bathhouse each room has a toilet a shower a sink And a bench to sit on. Total privacy because each unit is for one person at a time. This is the best configuration of any bathhouse I have seen.

Campground was conveniently located but not right on the highway so very quiet. Follow directions on website, my Garmin was off by about a mile. People are very friendly and helpful. Campground was very clean. Bathrooms in the back were "all-in-one" shower, toilet, and sink. Also very clean. Would definitely return.

They were so helpful to us when our tow vehicle broke down and they allowed us to stay day to day. We are forever grateful for them. Beautiful location and they also have a little restaurant on site that has delicious food. Will be our go to KOA when traveling thru here again. 10/10

WONDERFUL service, clean cabin, cozy and quiet campground tucked into a hollow. It was the perfect place for us to stop over for a night on a long road trip. We absolutely LOVED the deluxe cabin for our tiny fam & pup. I usually car camp at KOAs and felt so spoiled with the cabin's mini kitchen, TWO TVs, a full bath and a comfortable bed. 10/10 would recommend and 10/10 will stop there again!

Great 5 day stay at the Bristol / Kingsport KOA. Nice property and enjoyed the food from the cafe...even have delivery to your campsite. Will stay again.

We stayed 2 nights at this campground. The owners and the staff are super nice. We needed a fire pit and picnic table on our site and they provided those for us. The campground is clean and quiet. We will definitely stay here again.

The campground itself is beautiful but the terrain is challenging for a larger coach. Lots of steep inclines and sharp cornering needed. However what was disappointing was the pull through site we booked was so uneven we couldn't level. We also bottomed out pulling out of the site and had to disconnect our tow bar to get out. Despite this, both the staff and cafe onsite are wonderful.

I stay here maybe twice a year when traveling from FL to pa. People are always friendly and help me with whatever I need. This is a very clean, and safe place for me to stay. very welcoming.

to be 30 years old this camp ground looks new. It's well maintained and the people jump over backwards to help in any way they can. I would stay there any time I am in that location.

We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed your campground. It was clean, quiet and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our dog loved the dog park and walking the area. The Mules were an added attraction. The store had a lot to offer . The machines in the laundry need some attention but they worked. The hills could be an issue for some people but I enjoyed the exercise.

Lovely place. A little difficult to get in and out of if you are a motorhome towing but doable. Spaces are slightly in level. Enjoyed the staff, very friendly.

Campground was very nice but be careful when approaching the park. GPS tells you it's on the left and there is a big sign that says turn now but you must turn right. Due to the angle of the drive we didn't see it until we missed the turn. Luckily when we missed the turn gps took us in a circle and brought as back as there was no place to turn around. cG was clean and well maintained
