The camp site given to us at first was so small our slide out would not have fit on the location. After further request to get a new site, they all first said no. We were ready to camp in a different campground. The gentleman that was guiding us asked again the main office team to move us, at that time they finally gave us an opportunity to move one campsite over.

Very accommodating and super friendly! Guided us to our site and helped me back in the trailer, as I’m still working on my parking skills! Kids loved the movie nights. The pancake breakfast was an added perk. Close to major attractions, but far enough from the traffic. My family and I really enjoyed our stay.

Some of the rv spots were rather close together but otherwise everything was wonderful!! The staff was all great and super friendly. Altho I did not use the shower house, they were clean and updated. Very impressed with the KOA

The staff was SO nice and friendly. Everyone we interacted with was kind and helpful. Super clean grounds and very well maintained. The pool was clean and relaxing. We loved the pancake breakfast!

It was a great perk to have ice & firewood delivered right to our site by sending a text-arrived in minutes after! Also was nice to have staff bring us to our spot on arrival.

Everything was clean and staff were friendly. Not much to do at the camp ground but that was ok because we spent most of our time in town doing all the site seeing.

We loved our stay at the KOA in Wisconsin Dells! We stayed in a camper site next to the playground. It was a perfect location. We used the showers and restrooms daily. They were always clean. Not only were the restrooms always clean, the whole campground was. I don't think I saw a single piece of stray garbage our entire stay. It seems to be a well managed and maintained campground.

Premier camping location! Very close to all of the great Dells activities but far enough away to give you that woodsy camping feel. Staff was AWESOME and very helpful. Campsites were clean, nicely put together, and the amenities are top-notch. Private bathrooms and restrooms and text delivery of essentials to your site! Overall an excellent experience.

Awesome place and location. Close to everything. All staff was super nice! Bathrooms were clean. Our two year old loved pool, splash pad and playground. Only thing we didn't like was our site was N18 right by train track which can be loud. Site is also sandy so just bring a broom or big rug so you don't track into camper. Very minor things though. Would definitely stay again!!

The location is great, the park is spotless, the pool area is beautiful, my only complaint would be the closeness of each campsite. There's not a lot of room in between each campsite but we did have a very good time and we will return to this KOA the next time we visit the Dells.

Wonderful campsite until you have to find the tornado shelter. We all got the text to find shelter. No one knew where it was at. No employee help. We ran to the bathrooms since it was better than the popup camper we were in. Next day we looked for the shelter and still couldnt find it. Shelter should be marked with signage. We were all scared.

Our stay was wonderful until the night of severe weather. The tornado shelter should be marked. We all got a text to seek shelter. 1 of our parties ran into the store and were told to get out. In this regard staff was not helpful. Some ran to the bathrooms. We had no idea where the storm shelter was located. no signage. no employees help. It was such a crazy experience.

Customer Service 5 stars Cleanliness of facility 5 stars Our only negative feedback is we reserved a "Back In, 30/20 Amps, Full Hookups-KOA description: If you prefer camping with a little more privacy, consider these Back-In RV Sites. You can relax peacefully away from the main activity area" site. And we were placed at site #2 by the dog park, at the front entrance. So the privacy was none.

We loved our 2 night stay here! Our site was a little closer to the fellow campers than what we would normally prefer, but that aside, all the staff was super friendly and helpful. The site was immaculately clean, which was fantastic for our dog not eating something she shouldn't! Yes there's a train, but it was actually pretty cool watching it. We already booked our stay for next year!

Clean and well maintained grounds, pool area and bathrooms. Super friendly staff and activities for kids and Music from Campfire Kevin during our stay. The Sites are very close together, but with so much to do in Dells area not at camper much anyway.

3 VERY unfriendly employees, water hook ups that were actually located in the site next to us - had to actually move their chairs to hook onto the water line, God awful constant (every 20 mins or so) smell of sewage from a site that contained the sewer gas monitoring system that caused one in our party to vomit, not able to park where I wanted in my two sites is a NEVER come back here again.

Park is beautiful, lots of trees and space. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly. Location is perfect close to all the things. Highly recommend this KOA.

I found the KOA was nothing like it was in 2008 when we visited and spent 4 days there. I was mad that we had to pay 20 dollars to be next to the people you are traveling with. And to get there and find out we are not next to each other. I thank you for refunding our money. BUT I Wanted to be with the people I WAS TRAVELING with!!!! I will not be back or use that campground again.

We paid extra money to lock-in our sites, so we could be adjacent to family. Upon arrival, we were placed in the same section, but with 2 other rv units between us. After complaining, management refunded the site lock-in fees. We stayed in the upper section of the campground where sites are extremely tight and there is little to no shade. Based on the per night fee, I expected more from this KOA

Just stay overnight, but used the very clean restroom and had a very nice spot. The reception that we received made us feel very welcome. We had stayed here many years ago and if we come by again, we will stay again!

Our stay was outstanding. The staff (Kris, Jack, Brandon) courtesy, attention to detail and outstanding customer service sets a very high bar for any other glamping experience. The property was immaculate and very evident of reinvestment and care. We have already made our reservation for our next visit.

Great stay at this convenient location. Staff was amazing. Store is well stocked and the showers and restrooms were super clean. We will be back next year!

We stayed for a few days the amazing staff and sites along with late September weather made our stay a wow the store was well stocked for the forgotten items you forgot to bring or ran out of, the site was easy in and level. Some sites come with a gas grill tent site look neat and spacious.
