All the staff were very attentive and super nice. Josh brought our firewood and also helped us back our unit into our lot. Wish a lot of other places provided this level of service. Bathrooms were always clean. Staff was always patrolling the site picking up trash or asking if we needed anything. Will definitely set up our campsite there in the future.

This Kia has really gone down hill we loved staying here in the past but to find out they are not as pet friendly as they used to be is a shame regardless of there response to this we were approached with some very rude interactions with the managers of this Koa not pet friendly at all you have to literally be next to your pet at all times.

Very friendly staff. Prices are reasonable for the area. Central location. Great amenities. Laundry wasn't too expensive based on my experience. Bathrooms and showers were excellent - modern and clean.

Everything was fantastic except for the fact we had to set our trash out in front of our trailer and sometimes it sit there for quite a while before it got picked up I'd rather be able to take our trash to a dumpster nearby and get rid of it

The campsite was clean and ready for out check-in including the grill which was as clean as the day they bought it. Staff was friendly and professional and it was a nice campground for walks with the dogs. We enjoyed the stay with our granddaughter and will definitely insider going back for another stay.

Very nice campground with full hookups. Great location to downtown, super close but when you are at the KOA, you feel like you are camping. The restrooms and showers were very clean. Only complaint is the people at the site next to us were smoking constantly and we hated the smell but can't fault the campground for that. We also liked the small dog park. Will definitely be back!

Really beautiful park. You feel like your away from everything but downtown is very close and easy to get too! The park is very clean and they come by and pick up your trash. I would definitely stay here again

Everything was clean and well maintained. Nice showers and bathrooms. Free coffee in the office. There are a number of trains that go rumbling by, but no horns. Dog park was nice too to go leash free.

The site that we were put on just big enough for our 28-30 ft camper leaving just enough room for our truck. The distance from the sewer hook-up to our camper too far away, we had to purchase an extension, 1st time ever needed one. Needed to use electric extension as well. There is a train track right behind the site with lots of train traffic, No whistles but loud. Fire ring hard to access.

We Enjoyed the stay and your staff was so helpful. The only thing i would change is the playground otherwise it was great.. We will be back next year!!

Despite the cooler weather, the kids enjoyed the pool party and other activities. Great location to Dells area attractions.

Very nice facility with good communication. The only areas I would recommend for improvement would be a) your wifi was too weak of a signal to use b) most personnel were nice but a few on the carts would scowl when we waved at them. They should all at least wave back and smile at the guests.

The staff were so friendly and helpful - wonderful! I also enjoyed that they help you get to your site and get backed in or pulled in. Will definitely be back. The only suggestion I would have would be to have more activities for the kids - pool party was great! Also, posting an event schedule on the web page would also be helpful - we always enjoy themed weekends - like Halloween, etc.

I have been to this KOA and Sturgeon Bay this year- first time. Very impressive customer service. Very clean. My only complaint is spacing. Campsites are packed in Very tight

Very friendly staff, clean, organized, and mostly quiet aside from the train. (Which is not the campgrounds fault or problem) The only thing we did not like is the lack of parking for guests, and guest have to pay to park.

HORRIBLE! This was one of THE WORST places I/we have ever stayed POSITVES: special activities for the kids, and sent out text notifications and updates. NEGATIVES:The train was RIGHT BEHIND our camper and ran throughout the night/early morning, everyday. Packed in like sardines, some campers couldn’t use fire pit because of that. Small pool for size of campground. VERY expensive for crap site

Another nice weekend stay here. Campground is always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I also like the addition of technology this year, being able to order firewood via text etc.

Made reservation in advance, said we had a 30 ft Class C RV with no slide outs. Was put on the smallest lot at the front next to the Kamp K9. Hook ups for next site over were in our site along with the septic system vent pipe. Basically the site was for a small van but not for our rig. Spoke with Brandon and he made things right. Camp is clean and Staff are Great. Trains every 4-6 hrs day and nite

Great location, close to many activities. Large place, many campsites. Helpful, friendly staff. Hilly, roads narrow. Campsites narrow & a little short. More lighting needed at night. Not easy to find way without camp map; street names would be helpful.

Beautiful campground, but for the larger RVs, it's a bit tight when putting them up on the hill. That and the 20% grade to get up the hill to those spots was a lil much. Great place for kids, those visiting the Dells, etc.

We were right next to train tracks and kept awake every night with trains going by. Also, kids activities were really boring compared to other KOA’s that we have been at. There was nothing interesting for older kids. Activities that my kids have loved at other KOA’s are foam machines or tie-dying t-shirts.

We love this KOA. We have been here twice many years ago and love it. The service is so awesome. We recommend this KOA to everyone. It is close to all the attractions. One thing I recommend is having another way out of the campground because it did get congested when many were heading out and others were coming in. But all in all, this is a wonderful campground.. and very nice workers.

Location is great. Very close to many activities in Wisconsin Dells. We needed to add an extra night and the staff were responsive and helped me do that with no problems. The bathrooms are large with a sink, toilet and large shower (at least the one I was in), but it was just used and left very wet. The campsites are quite close to one another, but the area is well shaded with many trees.

I'm here every year. Always pleased. Only thing that ever turned me away was when a site wasn't available in lower section. I just wish pool was a little larger.

Great stay at this convenient location. Staff was amazing. Store is well stocked and the showers and restrooms were super clean. We will be back next year!

We stayed for a few days the amazing staff and sites along with late September weather made our stay a wow the store was well stocked for the forgotten items you forgot to bring or ran out of, the site was easy in and level. Some sites come with a gas grill tent site look neat and spacious.
